How do our Challenge Groups work?
I host monthly accountability groups or “Challenge Groups” in a private online setting. As a group we motivate, connect, check-in, and hold each other accountable. We utilize fun and EFFECTIVE home workouts, my classes at my gym (if local and accessible), real, clean, balanced nutrition that fits YOUR life, and the support of one another. And you get me as your personal coach to help see you through to your goals!
Why do small Challenge Groups work?
First, because to be truly successful, you need to have a great coach who really cares about your success. I believe you have found one in me! I hope you’ll give me a chance to show you! I want you to succeed so much!!! And not so you can fit into smaller pants, but so you LOVE who you see when you look in the mirror. The moment that you reconnect with the awesome version of yourself that you know and love, I am doing BACKFLIPS for you!
I raised three amazing kids on my own for many years. Endless days of sitting at a stuffy, sedentary desk job and then hustling to rangle three little ones on my own left very little time to take care of myself. I ate horribly, didn’t workout, smoked, and had horrible self-confidence. Finally, I realized that I needed to change so I could be a better mom to my kids, find more energy, and find my confidence again. It was time. I took a leap and joined a gym. It took me a while to work up the nerve to join in a group fitness class but when I did, man, it was ALL over. #passion!!! I had found my calling. I became certified and started teaching group fitness classes several times a week!
Although I am excited to say I am in the best shape of my life (yes, after four kids and while looking 40 in the eye), but I am even MORE excited to find that I’m happier, more confident, kinder, more patient, and a better person.
