Guys! These are some magical little pieces of plastic right here!

Consider this color-coded container system the SO LONG and GOODBYE to the damaging, oppressive, obsessive, unhealthy calorie counting and dieting game.

GOODBYE to the mind-effing deprivation game.

This is the HELLO to finally fueling our miraculous bodies like we should, but lo’ and behold, we get to eat all sorts of fun stuff, too!!

THIS IS NOT A DIET!

Please please understand this: we are gonna start getting the balance of nutrients that we are SUPPOSED to have!

We have been lacking, one way or another. And OMG I can’t wait for how you’re gonna feel when we really begin TREATING ourselves to proper nutrition around our favorites!

But every gimmick and promise of a quick fix misled us.

And the message BECAME that we should be chasing a smaller pants size rather than a happier, more joyful existence of actually LOVING ourselves and giving our bods what they need to do the shit we ask them to do.

Man did they had it all wrong. (Whoever “they” are).

Well, guess what, homie!
We have got your fix right here. We’re gonna make the lifestyle happen, okay!?

This handy-dandy Food List lists foods in order from your BEST OPTION to your not-as-great options. This list is also available in your 21 Day Fix Tracker App that you downloaded yesterday!

But understand this:

YOU ARE NOT LIMITED TO THIS LIST!
Nearly every food you enjoy has a place in this plan.

We are NOT going overhaul your entire way of life in a futile effort to lose some pounds. We are going to make this a lifestyle. And for that to be successful, we are going to allow this process to meet you right where you are today! That means Spaghetti Night, Taco Tuesday, and beers and wings with friends are STILL a part of your lifestyle, okay?

Some oddball tweaks to the containers:

  1. a banana counts as TWO purples
  2. Spaghetti sauce counts as a purple
  3. Dried fruit & trail mix are measured with an orange container but count as a full yellow container.
